Baja House Information

Spectacular (approx.) 4,000 sq foot beach front home just twenty minutes from the exciting coastal city of Ensenada. Four of the bedrooms have a magnificent view of the ocean or the bay.

There are five bedrooms, three baths, family room and tv room. The master bedroom has a California king size bed, 2^nd bedroom has a full, 3rd bedroom has a queen and 4^th bedroom has an upper twin size and lower bunk bed full size. (The lower bunk bed sleeps two) and the fifth bedroom has a full size.

The family room has a pullout couch that sleeps two and the tv room has a sofa pull out that sleeps two.

• There is a sunken tile bar facing the blue pacific in the living room.
• A gated community with 24-hour walking and driving security patrols.
• There are two tv's. There is one big screen satellite tv with all the movie channels in the living room, one 25" Sony tv and VCR in the family room and a second tv in the 2nd family room. There is a tape deck, cd player and radio in the living room.
• Upgraded high speed internet - Wi-Fi access.
• There are two gas burning fireplaces, one in the living room, one in the master bedroom.
• A full kitchen which includes a microwave, a six-burner stove and oven, an electric griddle, two refrigerators, (one behind the bar) a blender, toaster oven, toaster, 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, hand mixer and numerous other amenities to make your stay with us a pleasant one. There are starting provisions of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters and trash bags.

• Washer and dryer in the laundry room of the house.
• Linens on the beds and bath towels supplied.
• Maid service once a week, the day of checkout.

• There is a roof deck with a view of the ocean and the bay on all four sides. This is by far one of the most extraordinary and dramatic panoramic views in the world.
• There is a large fire pit on the patio for roasting marshmallows, sing-a-longs and to enjoy romantic evenings. There is a bbq island with a “built in” stainless steel charcoal bbq grill and a sink.
• There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after your beach adventures.
